Auction time is almost here

The auction is THIS FRIDAY at 7 pm.  If you haven't yet bought your tickets, you can still do so at the door!  Take a look at the list of sponsors and donors down the side of the site - we have been blessed with amazing donations that will be available for auction.  Our very own dad to Dwight and Walker, Kevin Lewis will be performing.  There will be wonderful food and libations as well!  This promises to be a wonderful and memorable evening!

Many, Many thanks to DHCDC's Anne Isenhower for donating an amazing experience at Buck Baker's Racing School.  15 laps of riding in and driving an actual NASCAR car! 

Are you ready for some football???

Our auction is really taking shape!  We have received donations from the community for vacation rentals, great restaurant gift cards, wonderful activities for parents and children.  And most recently - 4 tickets for the Nov. 20th Falcon's game against the Tennessee Titans - 5th row, 50 yard line!!!  Generously donated by Nate Bell's family - we thank you so much! Let's Rise Up!

Thank you to Chow Baby on Ponce for having a DHCDC auction night earlier this week.  10% of Monday night's proceeds are being donated by the restaurant to our auction expenses.   Thank you as well to all the center families, teachers and staff who came out to support the cause!  Please make Chow Baby part of your community and support our generous contributors!!

Auction coming this fall!

Here are the details of the Auction, Polka Dots & Play Dough so you all can mark your calendars!  The event will be held on Friday, Oct. 14th in the evening at The Solarium in Oakhurst Village.  The evening will be filled with wonderful items to bid on at the live and silent auctions, great food catered by Miller & Arnau Designs, and live music.  This will be an adults only event and will be wonderful night out for everyone, not to mention a wonderful cause to support.   Our goal is to raise $20,000 for improvements at the DHCDC! Look for ticket sales to begin in August.  

The Auction Committee is currently soliciting the parents and community for items to include in the auction.  Please feel free to download one of the donation forms from the sidebar and mail or fax to DHCDC,
